Source: Food Standards Agency English-language open-data XML feeds, refreshed daily.

Licence: Open Government Licence v3.0.

Coverage: About 611,000 establishments across roughly 360 current authority feeds.

Caveats: Rating values remain strings because FHRS and Scotland's FHIS use different schemes.
